Please read the following Transfer and Cancellation policies that apply to all rounds of the Qld Tri Series.

Transfers

  • No transfers available in race week.
  • All transfers are subject to availability.
  • Transfers from one round to another incurs $15 admin fee and can be done up to one week prior to your scheduled event.  No transfers in race week.  Transfers will only be done to events within the same season and can’t be carried forward.
  • Distance change no admin fee, price difference in distance only if applicable.
  • Transfers are allowed to other people up to two weeks prior and will incur a $15 admin fee – no transfers after this time.  This must be arranged by emailing info@theeventcrew.com.au.

Refund  / Cancellation Fees

The following refund fees are applicable for cancellations, depending on when the request is received.

  • Refund of 75% up to 4 weeks out from your scheduled event.
  • Refund of 50% up to 2 weeks out from your scheduled event
  • No refunds within 2 weeks of the event.

All refund requests to be made in writing to info@theeventcrew.com.au

Refunds will be issued by the same method as payment or some other method as The Event Crew Pty Ltd deems appropriate.
